Add Call Notes

You can keep track of your conversations with contacts and distributors.

Begin this procedure from the Contact Information module.

select tools-add call notes

1.    From the Tools menu, select Add Call Notes. In the text area of the screen, the current date and time will display. (See screen above.)

type desired comments

2.    Type any comments desired. The comments are automatically saved with the time and date stamp.

Register

Don’t use this! You may re-register your O2O at anytime, but doing so will result in the loss of any contact information that you may have entered.

The Register option is generally used to clean up your downline data. You may never need to use this option.
