Sending off a Communication Blast


Now that you have a letter ready and are aware of the options, you may send off a communication blast.

right-click on a name

1.    From the Filter View or the Tree View, right click on a name.

select communication blast

2.    From the popup menu, select Communication Blast. The Communication Blast dialog box will display.

3.    Select a merge option (see the list above.)

4.    Select a merge document. Click on the selection box (send0003.gif) for a list of available documents, including any you may have written.

optional: select a mail label

5.    Optional: you may select a label from the Mail Label field rather than a document.

select a destination

6     Select a destination from the destination field (printer, email, fax). Note that Winfax must be installed on your computer for the fax option to be available.

click ok

6.    Click the OK button. Your merge letter will now be displayed in Print Preview mode. You will have several options to finish the merge.

Accept the document on screen and submit it to finish the merge. When you select this, the document will be processed, and the next document (if any) will display on the screen.

Accept all documents for processing. If you select this icon, all documents will be sent to your merge destination (printer, email, or fax) and you will return to O2O.

Reject the current document (do not complete the merge). When you select this icon, the next record in your merge (if any) will display.

Reject all documents. You will be returned to O2O without any of your documents having been sent out.
