Shortcut Bar

Several different modules are available on the shortcut bar in O2O. Please take a few minutes to read about the modules, and what they do.

Home

This icon allows you return to the opening screen of O2O.

Contact Information

This icon will display information on any distributor or contact in your Tree View. Select the distributor or contact, then click the Contact Information icon.

Sponsor

Select this button to sponsor a new distributor. When you click on the Sponsor icon, the New Distributor Wizard will run, allowing you to enter the new distributors' information into your system.

New Order

Select this icon to create a new order. When you select the Order icon, the Order Creation Wizard will run. The Order Creation wizard will walk you the order creation process one step at a time.

Schedule

This icon displays the built in, easy to use scheduler. You may enter appointments and tasks on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.

Catalog

Click the Catalog icon to open up your Product Catalog. Information about each product available is displayed. You may also drag the borders of the Product Catalog to see more information displayed on the screen.

Sponsor History

This icon will list the sponsor history of the highlighted distributor.

Order History

Select this icon to view the status of any pending orders on your system. Complete information about each order is displayed.

Word Processor

The Office2Office Word Processor is an easy to use tool for creating merge letters. You create the kind of letters that say what you what them to say. The letters pull information from your genealogy and downline, allowing you to send personalized letters to specified targeted groups.

Web Browser

You can set the Web Browser to display any home page, allowing you to view the information you need to see while still in Office2Office.
